Responsibilities:

• Lead and inspire a team of talented chefs, fostering a culture of collaboration, creativity, and excellence in execution.
• Oversee all aspects of kitchen operations, including menu development, food preparation, quality control, and inventory management, working closely with the executive chef.
• Ensure that all dishes are prepared to the highest standards of taste, presentation, and food safety, consistently exceeding client expectations.
• Stay current with food trends and industry innovations, bringing fresh ideas to the table and continuously elevating our culinary offerings.
• Manage kitchen staff schedules, training programs, and performance evaluations to optimize productivity and morale.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Head Chef or Executive Chef in a high-volume catering or restaurant environment.
• Expertise in contemporary cooking techniques, flavor profiles, and menu development.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and mentor a diverse team.
• Exceptional organisational and time-management abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and clients.
• Food Safety Supervisor certification (preferred).
• A passion for food, creativity, and innovation, with a commitment to delivering extraordinary culinary experiences.
