The Company
A rapidly expanding business at the top of their sector throughout ANZ. With continued growth plans both locally and globally, they require a Senior Accountant to work closely with Senior Financial leaders and the support team.
The Role
Our client is seeking a new Claims Administrator to join the Gold Coat Team. We are seeking applicants who have a record in helping others, seeking a long-term opportunity with a well-established organisation with a remarkable team culture.
This role is diverse and can include lodging and managing claims, liaising with insurers, insurers colleagues, and contractors. Each day will be different, you will be well supported with training and the team!
Key Responsibilities include:
- Assist customers in a time of need with empathy and kindness.
- Lodgment and triaging of claims.
- Proactively manager claims delivering quality customer service.
- Being on the telephone with inbound and outbound calls throughout the day and assisting in a professional and empathic manner.
- Accurately and efficiently assess what need to happen next and who to appoint at all times.
- Interact professionally with multiple stakeholders internally and externally.
- Being always considerate of others.
- Participate in training and upskilling to build capability within yourself and your team.
The Candidate
- Enthusiastic to learn and happy to pick up the phone.
- Great attitude.
- Ability to work diligently.
- Experience in customer service preferred but not required.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Computer literate.
The Package
- Immediate interview, immediate start
- Salary negotiable with experience – $55- 65k plus super.
- Full time permanent, position based on the Gold Coast.
- Onsite parking.
- Monday to Friday – 8:00am -4:30pm
