Head Chef Key Duties
- Provide support on and off the tools
- Manage & lead the running of all aspects of the kitchen
- Lead, manage and motivate a large team of chefs and utilities
- Deliver to a high expectation of a premium experience
- Take responsibility for ordering and stock control
- Follow company health, safety, and security procedures
- Lead, manage and motivate a large team of chefs and utilities
- Function and menu development skills essential
- Extensive experience in large high volume kitchen environments
- FIFO experience preferred
Mandatory Requirements
- Full drivers’ licence, comfortable driving in and out of site on a fortnightly basis
- Australian Trade Certification or a minimum Certificate III in Commercial Cookery
- Ability to pass a Drug and Alcohol screening and company medical requirements
- Current National Police Clearance
