We are seeking a Chef that have the experience around them in the kitchen and confident to adding fresh new ideas.
Our Kitchen is a “1-Man Show”
With a Restaurant, Bar, Cafe,some functions spaces , our menus cater for a diverse and growing clientele in the city.
Our ideal candidate:
- Head Chef / Kitchen Manager - Previous Chef position experience for a high volume restaurant or venue
- Relevant tertiary qualifications
- Confident in costing menus, managing wage costs, and suppliers
- Excellent time management, communication and interpersonal skills
- Creative flair and flexibility for bistro, bar and function menus
- Ensure preparation, presentation and are at all times of the highest quality
- Knowledge of all standard procedures and policies pertaining to food preparation, receiving, storage and sanitation
Do you hold a current Food Safety certificate?
