Your Skills and Experience:
- Extensive experience as a Head Chef or in a senior kitchen role, ideally within a high-volume establishment
- Exceptional leadership abilities to inspire and guide the kitchen team
- A creative approach to cuisine with a passion for developing innovative and delicious dishes
- Comprehensive knowledge of kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking techniques, and presentation
- Superior organisational and time management skills to effectively manage a busy kitchen
