Naughty Nancy's has been open for 3 years, it features a two level venue that excels in culinary offerings, with a focus on innovative cocktails and a commitment to quality live entertainment. 

The venue has a steady food trade but we are looking for the right person to join our young dynamic team. Excellence in customer service is our hallmark, supported by a calendar filled with diverse functions and events throughout the year.

About the role

We are seeking a dedicated and seasoned chef, motivated to forge a significant career by crafting and executing a contemporary casual pub-style menu .The position demands organisation and the ability to work in a fast paced environment, oversight of functions, and a thorough understanding of current health and hygiene standards.

Responsibilities

• Leadership & Development: Guide, nurture, and elevate our kitchen team, fostering an environment of growth, creativity, and excellence.
• Menu Design: Oversee food preparation and production, introducing innovative menus that captivate our guests .   
• Operational: Ensure kitchen operations run smoothly, standards are surpassed, and budgets are adhered to, making every service memorable.
• Community & Connection: Work closely with all departments, making the kitchen the heartbeat of, enhancing guest experiences and team cohesion.

Experience

• Strong leadership and mentoring skills
• Experience as a Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef wanting to progress
• Strong understand of dietaries 
• Experience with rostering systems, social media photography  
• A highly structured and organised approach, managing multiple tasks simultaneously
• An even temperament and ability to work well in a team environment.
