Diggers Miranda is a medium-sized Club located in the bustling Sutherland Shire, directly opposite Miranda Westfield. The Club is within walking distance to public transport, and has a car park conveniently located at the rear of the Club.
The Club has a membership over 5000 and offers a Function room, 120 seat capacity restaurant (known as Brasserie 615), 68 Gaming Machines, TAB and Keno facilities and a recently refurbished Bar and Café.
Brasserie 615 is operated by Executive Chef, Andrew Harper, who offers a heavily focused Gluten Free menu, to which he is known for. The food operation also services the local community with assorted platters, hot food and salad boxes, take away + delivery, along with food requirements for all Club based functions.
We are looking to expand our catering team, and are seeking to fill multiple positions:
Head Chef (80k-90k)
Chef (70k-80k)

- Someone with the ability to work a combination of days, nights and weekend.
- Understanding of dietary requirements – especially coeliac.
- Able to work both as a team player and autonomously.
- Assist the business to skyrocket even further.
- Passionate and excited about cooking and creating dishes.
- Ambitious and self-motivated.
- Fantastic communication skills.
