This is a perfect role for either an established Head Chef or an experienced Senior Sous looking to step up and make a name for themselves.
The Role:
- Manage the day to day kitchen operations of this beautiful space.
- Be responsible for the financial aspect of your department ensuring food and labour costs are kept to agreed targets.
- Develop, train and mentor the team providing motivation and inspiration with your professional approach.
- Activley promote your own and the businesses high standards and aspirations.
About you:
- Minimum 5 years experience in a similar role.
- You're a natural leader and motivator with a career driven mentality.
- Proven business acumen and cost management in previous roles.
- Experience in Italian fine dining and a thorough understanding of the classics would be highly regarded.
Successful candidates will have the opportunity to work with the owner and build on the their own profile as well as the venues. In return is highly competitive salary with tips and performance based KPI's.
The role is open to candidates residing in Australia with full working rights.

Pay: $60,889.61 – $101,042.06 per year
