We're actively looking for a highly skilled and imaginative Head Chef and Sou Chef to join our team. This role will entail overseeing all culinary operations, ensuring the utmost standards in food quality, menu development, and kitchen efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Craft and implement inventive menus that harmonise with the company's vision and fulfil the expectations of our customers
- Manage all aspects of kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and presentation
- Remain informed about industry trends and integrate fresh techniques and ingredients into our menu selections.
- Manage and maintain SOPs
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Head Chef or Sou Chef leadership role with 3 years experience
- Eagerness to enhance personal and team skills
- Extensive knowledge of various cooking techniques, ingredients, and Italian cuisines.
- Ability to take the lead in mentoring kitchen staff, cultivating a positive and cooperative workplace atmosphere.
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Creativity in crafting menus
- Positive and approachable demeanour
- Ability to adhere to budgets, achieve financial goals and drive sales
- Great presentation, communication, and time management
