Job Description:
- Maintaining hygiene and the highest food quality standards according to the regulations (HACCP).
- Controlling and directing food preparation processes and all kitchen-related duties.
- Ensuring the highest quality of service and guest satisfaction on a daily basis.
- Possess a clear vision for executing the business plan and budget.
- Demonstrate leadership focused on attaining company goals through effective implementation of policies and procedures.
- Maintaining and coordinating a healthy relationship with food suppliers and vendors.
- Review and redesign menus to meet market needs
- Adhere to policies, procedures, and delegations associated with risk management consistently.
Qualifications:
- Completion of a Certificate IV in Commercial Cookery or an equivalent
- Having HACCP related certification
- Minimum 5 years experience in a high-level restaurant environment.
- Have good communication skills and attitude, familiar with teamwork.
- Have strong financial reporting
- CPR, First Aid, and AED certifications would be desirable
- Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate would be desirable
- Having excellent manners and leading by example

- Possession of a valid English language certificate is mandatory, with a minimum overall score of 5.5 and no individual component scoring below 5.0 on the IELTS test.
