Head Chef - The Imperial Hotel

Murwillumbah institution The Imperial Hotel is on the hunt for an experienced Head Chef to lead the kitchen team in our iconic regional pub. We're eager to find an industry professional with experience in a similar role, someone interested in helping to shape a new food offering for The Impy for the longterm.

Additionally, potential candidates will have excellent attention to detail, and show initiative. The ability to adhere to budget and achieve financial goals is also required, alongside experience and understanding in leading a team and being a valued team member.

The role is a full time position with a lucrative salary package available depending on experience.

Essential skills:

• Minimum 3 years experience in a Head Chef position
• Ability to lead and manage an established kitchen team of staff
• Ability to adhere to budgets, achieve financial goals and drive sales
• Creativity in crafting menus
• Great presentation, communication, and time management
• Ability to manage and maintain SOPs
• Right to work in Australia

Benefits:

• Lucrative salary packages of 100-115k including superannuation, depending on experience
