- Ensurethe designated areas of the kitchen/s are kept in a clean and tidy state
- Operationof a commercial dishwasher
- Wash,dry and store kitchen service items
- Cleanslicers, mixers and other pieces of kitchen equipment
- Followcleaning schedules, daily and weekly
- Maintainclean and sanitised service areas and equipment
- Communicatewith kitchen brigade regarding stock levels
- Assisting with receiving deliveries and managing stock
- Ensure correct safety procedures are adhered to, when handling food and chemicals
