About the Role:
Are you ready for an exciting opportunity to shape the Business Services landscape of a values-based educational institution? We're seeking a highly skilled and visionary individual to join our Executive Leadership Team as the Head of Business Services at our College.
What you’ll do:
Leadership: As a pivotal member of our team, you'll oversee and support various departments, ensuring seamless operations across finance, facilities, food services, and more. Your leadership will drive performance excellence, as you guide and mentor our Business Services Management Team.
Financial Management: With your expertise, you'll maintain the financial stability of the College, managing budgets, conducting financial analysis, and overseeing audits. Your strategic planning will be crucial in realizing our institution's ambitious goals.
Team & Communication: Foster a culture of collaboration and open communication, liaising with internal and external stakeholders. Your role will involve regular meetings, representing the College at key events, and ensuring information flows seamlessly throughout the organization.
Administration & Policy Development: From financial reporting to policy creation, you'll handle diverse administrative tasks with precision and efficiency. Your attention to detail will ensure smooth operations and compliance with relevant regulations.
What You Bring:
Financial Expertise: Experience in budgeting, financial planning, and reporting is a must.
Leadership Acumen: Proven leadership in educational or similar environments is highly desirable.
Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop and implement long-term plans to support our mission.
Compliance Knowledge: Familiarity with relevant laws and regulations is essential.
Technological Proficiency: Competency in financial management software and ERP systems is advantageous.

Qualifications and Experience:
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
