Situated within the pioneering Transformation Team, they lead efforts to embed change management and digital literacy throughout the organisation. What You Will Bring
This newly established position will concentrate on building change management capability, embracing new ways of working, and fostering digital and data literacy. Additionally, it involves designing and implementing an Australia-wide engagement plan to educate and enthuse our workforce about our vision and strategy.
Key Responsibilities
Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve, but are not limited to:
- Diagnose the organisation’s change maturity and establish a comprehensive change management strategy, vision, plan, and range of interventions to ensure sustainable outcomes that can be scaled.
- Apply principles, methodologies, and tools to develop and lead the implementation of Change management strategies, ensuring consistency while addressing the specific needs of individual hospitals, workforce cohorts, and stakeholders to mitigate change fatigue and support benefits realisation.
- Develop and enhance the "Ramsay Single View of Change" capability throughout the organisation, fostering efficient coordination and communication.
- Assess business capability and implementation readiness, critically evaluating information provided, anticipating implications, and collaborating with Ramsay leaders and managers to devise business impact assessments and risk mitigation strategies.
- Cultivate change leadership capability to promote awareness and adoption of tools and technologies across all areas of the organisation, including hospitals, regions, corporate, and out-of-hospital settings.
- Design and implement digital mindset and literacy strategies and interventions that align with the organisation's goals and priorities, ensuring synergy with the transformation program. Identify digital mindset and literacy gaps through collaboration with stakeholders, developing targeted learning programs and interventions to address these gaps. Collaborate closely with key stakeholders to cultivate a digital mindset and literacy.
About You
As an advocate of The Ramsay Way - ‘People Caring for People,’ you demonstrate exceptional skills in cultivating positive relationships with key stakeholders, nurturing talent, assembling high-performance teams, and effectively guiding them through organisational transitions. Furthermore, you possess:
- With over 15 years of experience, adept at leading organisational change.
- Holds qualifications in change management and communication.
- Skilled in leading collaborative stakeholder engagement and adept at listening and capturing insights.
- Proficient in digital adoption change management and driving behaviour change.
- Extensive experience in leading and delivering change management and transformation across large and complex organisations.
- Preferable experience in delivering change in healthcare.
- Preferable experience in digital adoption change management.
