We are looking for an experienced Property Management Department Head, who has managed, led & mentored large property management teams. The ideal candidate will be extremely nurturing, have a high level of professionalism, and wealth of knowledge of the industry.
The Role:
- Managing a large team of 20 Property Managers/ Leasing Executives
- Absolutely no portfolio management - You will be overseeing the entire rent roll
- Lead by example, motivate the team & encourage them to succeed
- Oversee and implement strategies & procedures
- Ensure KPI’s are met across the entire team
- Strategic and operational planning, facilitate weekly meetings
- Investigate and manage escalated issues with your team and external clientele
- Provide ongoing mentoring & training to areas of need
- Develop and implement strategies and initiatives to improve staff retention and recognition
- Working within the Leadership Team to ensure profitability and growth
- Analysing & preparing budgets for your department
- You will have a seat at the table! Your opinion will be highly regarded
- Must have Department Head experience in Property Management
- Experience with managing large teams & large rental portfolios
- Motivating, innovative & driven to succeed
- Ability to prioritize your own and your team's time
- Conflict Resolution - highly experienced with NCAT & Tribunals
- Lead a highly successful department!
- Develop team strengths and improve areas needing further development
- Current Certificate of Registration (License is preferred)
