About the role:
The Clinical Lead is a key leadership position within the Adult Mental Health team and is responsible for providing Clinical Leadership and direction to the community mental health team, ensuring that intake, allocation, and the day-to-day work is carried out effectively to meet the needs of participants.
This role contributes to the development of evidence-based, innovative community mental health services, and will provide clinical support and supervision to the team. The Clinical Lead will review and manage referrals, demand, and allocations.
What you will bring to the team:
- A tertiary qualification in Mental Health Social Work, Mental Health Occupational Therapy, Mental Health Nursing, Clinical Psychology, or qualifications in community Mental Health support
- Minimum 2 years experience in a mental health or community service
- Demonstrated experience of working with clients with complex needs including psychosocial disability
- Experience in team development or leadership role is desirable.
