The Head of Content Planning & Communications is a member of the Marketing & Fundraising Leadership Team and consequently has shared responsibility and accountability for the leadership, development, and success of the Marketing & Fundraising portfolio.

You will possess strong subject matter expertise, relevant academic qualifications, and wide-ranging professional networks while building a culture that upholds and shares the organisation's Mission, Vision and Values.
As a member of the Marketing & Fundraising Leadership Team and Senior Staff, you'll be a welcomed contributor to Christian leadership within the organisation.
Responsible for Content Planning and copywriting of all communications internally and externally, including the planning, copywriting and content development for CEO, Brand, Fundraising, Marketing Campaigns, and all related communications across all communication channels (off-line & digital).
Effectively this role is responsible for planning and telling the organisation's story both internally and externally.
Working collaboratively with the CEO, EGM Marketing, Executive Leadership Team, senior marketing team and GM Advocacy and Government Relations to develop communication and content plans in line with marketing strategies and annual plans.

- confident professional with strong initiative and business acumen

- 15+ years' experience driving the development and implementation of creative executions aligned to brand and marketing strategies
- strong capability and experience in copywriting, and persuasive and compelling storytelling for the purposes of building brands and marketing services, internally and externally
- strong capability and experience in communication and Content Planning across all communication channels internally and externally
- strong capability and experience in stakeholder management (C suite/Executive level)
- experience managing a team of skilled creative marketing professionals for superior performance
- qualification in marketing, communications or related discipline
- strong digital marketing experience across multiple channels
- not for profit or cause related management experience
