Role Overview: As the Head of Production, you'll be at the heart of bringing this vision to life through compelling, high-quality video content. You will lead the production of various content formats, each serving a strategic purpose in our narrative and business model. Your creativity, technical expertise, and strategic insight will shape how we tell the stories of success, innovation, and strategic growth in the high-ticket industry.
Responsibilities:
High-Ticket Masterclasses: Produce masterclass content that delves into marketing, sales, operations, or finance within the high-ticket service industry, incorporating real-world applications and audience engagement through Q&As.
Behind-The-Scenes of Success: Highlight our unique consulting-to-equity model by showcasing the journeys and achievements of our partners. Your content will narrate the challenges, successes, and future aspirations of those who've built their businesses with our program.
Global Business Insights: Create engaging vlogs that document our global business explorations, showcasing business insights, key learnings, and the potential impact on our business model and opportunities.
The Art of the Deal: Produce content focusing on negotiation processes and deal highlights, offering viewers a behind-the-scenes look at how strategic partnerships and deals are formed, along with actionable advice.
Lifestyle Integration: Highlight the seamless integration of a luxury lifestyle with business success, sharing personal reflections, lifestyle tips, and showcasing a day in the life of successful entrepreneurs who maintain balance and well-being alongside their business achievements.
Qualifications:
- Proficient in camera operation, video editing, and content creation for platforms like YouTube and TikTok.
- Strong knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite.
