What is the role?
This role leads the external communications function at CoreLogic Asia Pacific, responsible for the development, execution, analysis and reporting of CoreLogic’s content, public relations, corporate communications, and organic social media activity in Australia and New Zealand.
What will you be doing?
- Lead and drive CoreLogic Asia Pacific’s communication strategies and plans across PR, content, and organic social, as well as provide support on internal/corporate/customer communications as required.
- Lead the PR function by working with research and the wider marketing team to achieve minimum standards for media coverage relative to competitors as outlined in annual performance objectives.
- Ownership of CoreLogic’s Content and Channel Strategy.
- Support the promotion and development of executives and key thought leaders’ public profiles.
- Contribute to corporate risk management process and communications strategies and responses from a public relations and corporate communications perspective.
- Consult with the business and key clients on the development and execution of compelling integrated, multi-channel marketing communications campaigns and thought leadership concepts.
- Build relationships with media, clients, stakeholders and influencers.
- Inspire, coach and develop a high-performing team.
Are you the right fit?
You need to have:
- Minimum ten years’ experience in external communications, including at least three years in a leadership role, preferably within property, banking or finance.
- Strategic and executional experience across earned and owned media, with a focus on public relations and Content Strategy development and execution.
- Extremely strong written and oral communications skills and attention to detail.
- Understanding of the Australian and New Zealand media landscapes, including relationships within the journalism community.
- Strong team development and leadership experience.
What credentials do you need?
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Media or Journalism
