About this role

A rare and exciting opportunity exists for a Head of Credit Services to join our team.

Reporting directly to the Head of Risk & Group Services, this expanded role provides a fantastic opening for an experienced leader to grow and develop our existing Credit Services portfolio.

The role has two main components:

• Growing and developing our Credit Services offering through business and product development.
• Inspiring and supporting a team of analytical, reporting and administration team members by mentoring and collaborating with the respective Team Leaders of Information & Reports and Credit Risk Management.
  

About you

Our ideal candidate will be a dynamic and results-oriented individual with a passion for driving business growth. A natural leader, you will have well developed business acumen and strong knowledge of the credit industry. Further, you will possess excellent communication, leadership, sales and client management skills. The successful candidate will be self-motivated with a results-driven approach and able to work as part of a close-knit team.

If you can demonstrate success in a similar role, have strong knowledge of Credit management or a related field and can balance strategic growth with hands on leadership then this role is for you.
