A global construction company based in Parramatta CBD
Your new role
Covering for maternity leave, you will be responsible for establishing and controlling project finances.
You will be responsible for:
ensuring all costs allocated to correct project cost codes
reporting to the Project Manager on cost controls and overall project costs
creating and updating cost reports
conduct cost assessment for projects
providing management with AR reports
creating, updating and reporting on project performance
create purchase orders where required
ad-hoc duties as required by the Project and Finance Manager
What you'll need to succeed
You will be an experienced Project Accountant, ideally from a construction or engineering environment, able to commit for 5-6 mths and be available to commence within 1 week
What you'll get in return
This role will be based in the Parramatta CBD working for a Global leader in it's field. This role is a cover role envisaged to last 5-6 moths with potential for extension.
