An exciting opportunity exists at Pimlico State High School for a dedicated Head of Department - Humanities/Social Sciences (HASS) to join the leadership team. This is a temporary full-time position until 13 December 2024, unless otherwise determined.
As the Head of Department of a large faculty, you will lead the implementation of V9 Australian Curriculum including 3 levels of planning and moderation processes. The role also requires overseeing the implementation of new applied and general syllabi in Years 11 and 12 as well as ongoing implementation of Work and Careers Education in Years 9 and 10.
