Our College opened in 2006 and offers a P-12 structure. This structure allows our students to experience a seamless transition that helps support both academic and social outcomes. It provides students with an opportunity to enrich their learning through access to an extensive range of facilities and expert staff.
About the Role
This is a temporary opportunity, commencing 8 July 2024 to 13 December unless otherwise determined. In this role you will lead our Mathematics and Science faculties as well as lead our Junior Secondary portfolio.
You will have responsibility for delivery of the key activities and tasks:
- Lead the college faculties and portfolio to develop, articulate and commit to a shared educational vision focussed on providing quality learning outcomes for all students.
- Embed socially just practices in daily school life.
- Set high standards for student and staff performance.
- Actively participate in lifelong learning and ongoing professional development.
- Form partnerships with students, parents, other government agencies, and community groups.
- Be futures oriented and strategic. Understand the legislation and policies that impact on schooling especially in relation to students and staff within the school department.
