About the business:Six Degrees Executive is collaborating with a renowned fashion retailer, where the direct-to-consumer channel drives an astounding 90% of the company revenue.  This pivotal role has evolved to provide laser focused attention on steering this revenue powerhouse, becoming an integral part of the channel function within the business.  With a dual focus on Commercial, Digital Media Performance and website Product efficacy, this role requires a dynamic individual who can seamlessly navigate both realms.  
You will drive the digital road map for on site improvement, engagement and optimisation.  

Key Responsibilities 

• Develop and execute the Commercial Trade Plan in alignment with the Marketing Calendar
• Enhance site performance through CRO
• Translate data and analytics into actionable insights for other business functions
• Own and manage the working media budget and strategy
• Manage and enhance 1st party data for effective audience segmentation
• Oversee email marketing initiative
• Cultivate a team of high-performing individuals
• Develop eCommerce strategies to drive revenue growth

The Candidate: 

• Proven experience in developing eCommerce strategies and driving revenue growth
• Demonstrated leadership skills in building and leading high-performing teams within a fast-paced environment
• Extensive analytical and trade reporting experience
• Passion for eCommerce with a thorough understanding of the landscape
• Proficiency in managing media budgets and optimising paid media channels
• Strong commercial acumen with expertise in digital platforms and technologies
• Ability to design and optimise customer journeys across digital touch points
• Experience in managing digital projects from conception to execution
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strategic mindset with a proven ability to drive results and foster a culture of excellence
