We are representing a successful global powerhouse within the industrial manufacturing and distribution sector that delivers a range of products to the consumer and commercial market through a complex national supply chain footprint. Following a recent corporate transaction the business needs to enlist the services of an high performing finance leader to manage a large team whilst supporting the business with accurate reporting, insights and business improvement initiatives. This role will support the CFO in terms of joining the dots between strategy and operational execution as well driving a finance transformation agenda.
This high profile role will take carriage of the complete Finance, Treasury and Systems functions and is responsible for ensuring the Australian entity meets all its financial compliance and reporting requirements (IFRS & GAAP), statutory disclosures as well as acting as a value adding business partner to all internal stakeholders and customers. You will also play a significant role to optimise and automate procedures as well as improve the quality and accessibility of financial information, analyses and dashboards through the development of a Power BI Tool across the business.
You are CPA/CA qualified with a foundation of financial discipline gained within a Top Tier Professional Accounting Firm and complimented with a track record of achievement within Commerce and Industry in a meaningful leadership role. You are able to deliver successful outcomes through collaboration, clear and concise communication and an action orientated mindset. Your appetite for improvement and delivering transformative change will be rewarded with a genuine career path to Chief Financial Officer and the ability to make a considerable impact.
