Your new role 
As the Head of Finance, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our financial strategy, driving operational excellence, and ensuring the long-term financial health of the company. You will lead a team of Finance professionals and collaborate closely with other departments to achieve our business objectives.   Reporting to the CEO, responsibilities include:

• Develop and implement financial strategies aligned with organizational goals
• Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes
• Provide monthly financial KPI's and insight to the CEO and management team
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal controls.
• Manage financial reporting, budgeting and the fun actions of AP, AR, payroll and IT/systems 
• Manage relationships with external auditors, banks, and other financial partners
• Provide strategic insights to the executive team for informed decision-making
• Drive process improvements and efficiency initiatives within the finance function

What you'll need to succeed 

• CA or CPA  with proven experience as a finance leader in a manufacturing / building materials profile
• Knowledge of consolidation and transfer pricing strategies
• Working knowledge of BOM's and inventory reduction initiatives
• Ability to balance working "on the business" with time spent "in the business"
• Commitment to driving improvements and being a key voice in the leadership team
• Proficiency in financial software and ERP systems
• Natural leadership of a finance team, develop and mentor where necessary
