- In collaboration with Judo Treasury and Judo Credit, contribute to the successful establishment and book-build of a securitisation business at Judo.
- Conduct sound transactional credit assessment and recommendations to senior management related to Judo's securitisation business.
- Provide appropriate ongoing oversight of the securitisation portfolio, including annual exposure reviews and early identification/escalation of issues as appropriate.
- Contribute to the development, maintenance and implementation of appropriate frameworks, policies and processes in support of Judo's securitisation business. Amongst other requirements, this will ensure Judo's compliance with relevant regulatory obligations.
- Other duties as directed by the Chief Credit Officer.
- An ability to think independently about the finance needs of businesses and structure them in a common-sense way without the need to rely on a rigid policy framework.
- Strong financial analysis skills.
- Strong credit writing skills.
- Minimum 7 years' experience in credit decisioning of business lending transactions
- Previous experience in a relationship role (i.e., Analyst or Relationship Manager / Director).
- Australian working rights.
