The experiences that we create engage customers, build memorable brands, and deliver value.As the APAC HR Business Partner you hold a pivotal role in driving strategic HR and commercial initiatives within the Asia-Pacific region. Your responsibilities encompass a wide array of tasks essential for fostering a vibrant and high-performance culture aligned with DSI's mission and values.What your typical day will look like:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive HR strategy aligned with DSI / MKTG's mission and core values.
• Forge strong partnerships with senior stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor and constructive challenger.
• Utilize talent frameworks to drive career development initiatives and foster a high-performance culture.
• Lead organizational change management efforts and support business leaders in key initiatives.
• Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion agendas, promoting inclusive leadership behaviours and initiatives.

A bit about you:

• Proven track record in HR activities including talent management, performance development, and change management.
• Ability to drive the strategic HR agenda and build effective relationships with business leaders.
• Deep knowledge of employment law and experience in identifying and mitigating risks.
• Experience in supporting or leading HR projects, coupled with strong data analysis skills.
• High emotional intelligence and interpersonal skills, capable of providing constructive feedback.
