You will ideally be an outstanding educator and be willing to take on significant levels of accountability. The successful applicant should possess excellent interpersonal skills, with an ability to lead and manage a vibrant Science team to provide students with the highest quality curriculum delivery and programs. You will be required to work alongside the LEAP coordinator to plan for effective delivery and further development of this program. Proven demonstration of leadership in education tailored to gifted students in addition to the development of community partnerships that support the enrichment opportunities for students within the program is highly desirable.Applicants should have an excellent knowledge of the Western Australian Science Curriculum and the ability to teach across Year 7 to Year 12. The successful applicant would promote active learning and provide engaging learning activities which facilitate students at all levels achieving their potential.
