The role & team
We have a rare yet exceptional opportunity for a Head of Learning & Development – ANZ to join our wider People & Organisation department. Reporting to the People Director – ANZ, you will lead a team of four Learning & Development professionals.
As the Head of Learning & Development – ANZ, you will lead the holistic end-to-end talent development strategy for the ANZ Support Team by ensuring we are continuously developing all of our people by providing the right development that supports them at all points for their careers at Specsavers. This will range from early/emerging talent right through to our high potential talent and leaders. Responsible for ensuring that everyone has access to a relevant and varied learning offer that enables individuals and teams to perform to the best of their ability for the business.
The skills we are looking for
- Relevant qualifications with significant and relevant leadership training experience, with L&D experience of working in a business partnering type role
- Experience of creating and leading a Talent Strategy & practise
- Experience of creating leadership development solutions aligned to strategy
- Instructional/learning program design experience
- Proven high-level stakeholder management, including engaging and influencing senior leaders
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Experience facilitating training to diverse audiences
- Have team management skills and provide leadership to develop and execute strategy
