Our client, who is an Electronics Retailer, is actively seeking a skilled Head of Learning & Development to contribute to their commitment to employee growth and organisational success.
This role will see you report directly to the Chief People Officer and you'll be part of a HR team of 12.
You'll have a strong focus on driving strategy, new systems, new processes, develop material & training programs, with a focus around change management, and driving mindset shift in the business.
