The Head of Lifecycle Marketing role means you are instrumental in inspiring Australians to give over their lifetime through engaging and insight-led Lifecycle Marketing programs, changing the lives of millions of children across the globe and in Australia too.
The role is also a key part of the Marketing Leadership team. You will bring your skills and growth mindset to lead and inspire a team of highly skilled campaign, retention, and segment marketers to drive strong supporter retention and engagement.
This is a 12 month max term contract role based at either Burwood East, Melbourne VIC or Potts Point, Sydney, NSW.
Key focus areas for this role include:
- Lead the development and execution of brand and campaign strategies to drive top of the funnel reach, traffic and engagement metrics with key supporter segments
- Oversee the development of the yearly retention & growth strategies; in alignment with the Marketing Group and Organisational strategy
- Lead the development of Private Funding marketing programs to support growth in high-net-worth individuals and corporate giving
- Oversee the planning, development & socialisation of the yearly marketing strategies and plans
- End to end management of relationships with key marketing agencies/suppliers including conducting tenders and negotiating new terms of agreement and driving positive relationships with agencies enabling strong working relationships
- Provide strong leadership, empowering the team to develop effective and robust marketing programs to achieve key organisations targets and objectives
- Financial accountability and budget management
What you’ll bring:
- A natural people leader with demonstrated experience in people leadership.
- Proven senior level experience in in overseeing offline and digital media channel buys to drive effective marketing programs
- Experience in B2B and B2C marketing within a fast-paced environment.
- Effective budget management and financial acumen in developing business cases, analysing performance and effecting changes.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic and collaborative work environment.
- Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Business or related discipline
