We are searching for a motivated and results-driven marketer to join our small but mighty in-house marketing team. You will play a key role in delivering engaging marketing content and building brand awareness for a growing Australian business.
About the role:- Oversee marketing projects from conception to completion, managing workflows, deadlines, and resources, ensuring that the projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Build positive relationships with internal customers and stakeholders.
- Develop and execute engaging social media content calendars across various platforms and report on performance.
- Use data to build and execute effective digital advertising plans.
- Create on-brand visual content.
- Manage and analyse marketing campaign performance.
- Content creation including ad copy, website copy, customer, and internal communications.
- Update and maintain website content using WordPress.
- Providing other ad hoc marketing support as required.
- 4+ years marketing experience.
- Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- A background or experience in agriculture.
- Demonstrated experience in using data to plan, launch, and provide performance reports on digital advertising (GoogleAds, Meta etc).
- Strong organisational skills with demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities on tight deadlines.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to tailor messages to different audiences.
- Experience using Canva to create visual content.
- Experience with Adobe Suite (InDesign, PhotoShop etc) is beneficial but not a requirement.
- Sound knowledge of Word, PPT and Excel.
- A “can do” attitude and a good work ethic.
- Effective interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team or as an individual.
- Experience with a CMS and SEO is beneficial.
