Head Of Marketing

Our client is a new digital revolution technology company working in the global sporting industry. They are looking to recruit an ambitious Head of Marketing who is looking for a role where they can make a real impact from day one.

The Head of Marketing is a critical strategic role designed to lead the development and execution of innovative marketing strategies to promote our client’s brand, programs and initiatives.  You will drive engagement with diverse audiences, enhance the reputation of the company, and contribute to the growth and success of this start up sporting company.  

Reporting to the CEO this role requires a proactive, collaborative, hands-on approach as it encompasses all aspects of Marketing, from strategic analysis and strategy development to content creation, resource allocation, content deployment, management and post-activity analysis.  

To be successful in this role you will need to be self-motivated to take and drive ownership of the full marketing function, someone who has the determination and passion to adapt to the changes of a fast paced and evolving business model.

• Strategic planning 
• Campaign planning 
• Performance analysis 
• Content development 
• Social media marketing 
• Google display, video and audio ads 
• Website management 

Requirements include: 

• Passion for sport and start up entrepreneurial business models   
• Proven experience and successful track record with a minimum of 8 years in similar marketing and communications roles 
• A strategic thinker with a track record of driving results and achieving targets in consultation with relevant internal and external stakeholders 
• Demonstrated success in developing and executing multi-channel marketing and communications strategies
