What You'll Do:
- Sales Strategy: Develop and execute sales plans to achieve revenue and profitability goals. Identify and pursue expansion opportunities in Retail Media.
- Team Leadership: Lead and develop the sales team, setting clear objectives and fostering a culture of creativity and accountability.
- Business Development: Align Retail Media strategies with business goals to maximize ROI and drive revenue growth through innovative initiatives.
- Client Relationships: Act as a trusted advisor to key decision-makers, delivering tailored solutions that ensure high satisfaction and retention.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated Retail Media offerings and ensure seamless project execution.
- Commercial Strategy: Develop and implement commercial strategies, including revenue-sharing models, to create value for Mood Media and its clients.
What We're Looking For:
- Experience: At least 5 years in sales and account management within the Retail Media or advertising industry.
- Expertise: Knowledge of Retail Media solutions and consumer behavior trends.
- Leadership: Strong team leadership skills, able to inspire and guide towards common goals.
- Skills: Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
- Results-Oriented: Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Adaptable: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Technical Fluency: Understanding of Retail Media technology.
