ABOUT YOUR ROLE 

As Head of Organisational Learning, Talent, and Inclusion (OLTI), you will be accountable for leading our local OLTI strategy and drive the delivery of our Learning, Talent & Inclusion agenda, activities and tools here in Australia. The role will also have accountability for Leadership, Commercial and Supply Chain learning.

The role will also work closely with our People & Culture leadership and business partnering teams locally and will collaborate and partner with our global P&C centres of expertise for Organisational Learning and Talent, Culture & Leadership and Inclusion to share best practices across our markets.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING   

The Head of Organisational Learning, Talent, and Inclusion is a critical member of the People and Culture Leadership team reporting directly to the VP P&C Australia, NZ & Pacific Islands. You will take responsibility for: 

  • Collaborating and partnering with the CCEP OLTI Community of Practice and, at times, take a lead on specifically agreed global initiatives for CCEP. 
  • Bringing OLTI leadership, ideas, challenges, and act as the subject matter expert as part of the local P&C Leadership Team, adopting best practices where globally agreed and providing territory context to support relevance in the local market. 
  • Developing and executing the local learning strategy, coordinating the learning needs analysis to support the learning plan for leadership development and functional technical learning in Commercial & Supply Chain. 
  • Setting the local Inclusion, Diversity & Equity agenda, coordinating initiatives and local networks to promote ID&E within the organisation. 
  • Leading the delivery of our local talent strategy, partnering with P&C Leadership on our talent management cycle, including succession planning and pipelining. 
  • Coordinating engagement and inclusion surveys, partnering with P&C Business Partnering groups on insights and local action plans. 
  • Using data analytics to track and measure and embed learning, talent and IDE initiatives and bring a fact-based approach to leadership teams for decision making.

The ideal Head of Organisational Learning, Talent, and Inclusion candidate will be an inclusive and compassionate leader who will foster a positive team culture. You will also have: 

  • Proven experience in senior People and Culture organisational development, learning, or generalist roles 
  • In-depth experience in Organisational Learning and leadership development, talent management, performance management, and career planning gained at large multi-national businesses. 
  • Project management and change management experience. 
  • Excellent communication, coaching, facilitation, and leadership skills. 
  • Technical knowledge of assessment tools and interpretation, digital and social learning technologies, Talent and performance management practices tools and technology, Data analysis, and reporting.
