About Us
Carbine Property Fund (CPF) is focussed on the development of Specialist Disability Accommodation for participants of Australia’s NDIS program.
CPF are looking to bring into the team a high calibre person to enhance and grow CPF’s relationships amongst SDA and SIL providers in Victoria and around the country. This person will work alongside our investment committed and assist in delivering high quality, sustainable living spaces for those in need.
CPF has created a broader stakeholder group with development partners, builders, buyers agents to ensure delivery of turnkey housing for SDA occupants within 90 days. This rapid deployment model allows us to ensure consistency and timely delivery for occupants, SIL and SDA providers and alleviate the timeliness and anxiety of a traditional development model.
This person will drive relationships with both SDA and SIL providers to deliver our partners sustainable commercial outcomes that support our occupants needs.

Key Duties
- Triage and process new dwelling enquiries.
- Critically analyse applications and identify potential matches with a person-centred approach.
- Foster trust and collaboration with participants, families, Support Coordinators, and stakeholders through networking.
- Provide thorough assistance throughout the SDA tenancy process for all parties involved.
- Diverse role with career development opportunity in the evolving sector of SDA/NDIS.
- Stay updated with industry trends, regulatory changes, and best practices to maintain high-quality standards and encourage continuous improvement.
- Perform regular site visits and feedback sessions to gauge satisfaction, identify improvement areas, and implement resident-centric solutions.
