About the role

The team's scope is wide, leading on the integration of engineering, data science, operations, and design. But when it comes to our vision of reinventing financial services, they're laser focused

Product Owners at Revolut hold the helm If you join the Dream Team, you'll have sole responsibility over the roadmap of your product. Total ownership. The people, the profit, the loss, all in your hands. It's fast paced. Very much so. But if you can manage all that - and bring with it a bottle full of entrepreneurial passion - then you're probably the captain we're looking for

What you'll be doing

  • Leading the Product Analytics team and providing strategic direction in ensuring the quality of analytical products within the organisation
  • Acting as the owner of all analytical products, including dashboards, reports, and data visualisation tools, and continuously refining and enhancing these products to meet user needs and business objectives
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams, product managers, and engineering teams to define KPIs, metrics, and data-driven strategies to guide product development and improvements
  • Being an advocate for a user-centric approach to analytics, ensuring that data insights are actionable and improve the overall customer experience
  • Developing and executing a data and analytics strategy that aligns with the company's vision, goals, and objectives
  • Implementing processes and checks to maintain data accuracy, integrity, and consistency, and taking necessary steps to resolve data quality issues
  • Staying up to date with the latest analytics tools, technologies, and methodologies, and making recommendations for their implementation, when appropriate
  • Mentoring and coaching team members to foster a culture of continuous learning and growth within the Product Analytics function

What you'll need

  • 7+ years of expert SQL experience
  • Experience leading a business intelligence team
  • Relevant product experience, for example having built any business intelligence or Product Analytics related feature
  • Experience managing multiple products across different verticals/geographies
  • Expertise understanding business data and product metrics
  • A minimum GPA of 3.5/4 (US), 60% (UK), or 8/10 in any other country
  • Experience at a large tech company, well-known selective non-tech company, strategy consultancy, investment bank, or private equity firm
  • A STEM (technical) degree from one of the top 15 universities in the US, top 5 in the UK, or top 2 in any other country
  • Experience developing a product from zero to first release and beyond
  • Readiness to provide insight and deliver measurable results for sophisticated products under ambiguous situations in a fast-paced environment

Nice to have

  • Knowledge of BI Tools (Looker/Tableau)

Compensation range

  • Dallas: $254,600 - $268,000 gross annually*
  • Vilnius: €9,000 - €10,000 gross monthly*
  • New York: $254,600 - $268,000 gross annually*
  • US: $254,600 - $268,000 gross annually*
  • San Francisco: $254,600 - $268,000 gross annually*
  • Lithuania: €9,000 - €10,000 gross monthly*
  • Other locations: Compensation will be discussed during the interview process
  • Final compensation will be determined based on the candidate's qualifications, skills, and previous experience
