What You'll Do:
- Develop and implement strategies to streamline our property and Marketing Operations and enhance team performance.
- Manage daily operations, ensuring outstanding service to both our team and our clients.
- Lead the Property Marketing team, The Hub (centralised sales administration), Client Gifting, and Concierge services.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation, actively supporting the development and implementation of new processes and protocols.
- Provide training, mentorship, and coaching, ensuring our teams excel in sales best practices and client interactions.

- An empathetic leader with proven effective people management skills.
- A strategic thinker with a tertiary qualification and proven leadership experience in sales operations within the real estate sector.
- An excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills, capable of motivating and leading cross-functional teams.
- Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills, capable of managing multiple priorities in a high-energy environment.
- A robust analytical thinker with a track record of executing effective strategies and delivering on key performance indicators.
