A fantastic opportunity has opened up for an enthusiastic and motivated person who is looking to begin their property career to join our our Leasing team.
The role of the Property Officeris primarily to collate and interpret leading demographic, asset performance metrics, financial and commercial data to assist with the identification of new locations for the brands of Retail Zoo across Australia.
This role is responsible for:
- Analysis of locations identified by the Head of Property and National Leasing Manager.
- Recommendation of areas of interest based on their analysis of leading performance indicators.
- Collation and interpretation of commercial results achieved by the wider Leasing Team.
- Assist in developing and analyzing financial models for new stores.
- Assist in undertaking property due diligence for the Head of Property and National Leasing Manager
- Ensuring site and lease details are captured in the relevant administrative areas.
We think you'll have:
- Previous experience in residential or commercial property (not a must)
- Attention to detail
- Be enthusiastic and motivated
- Great communication skills
