Reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO), you will be responsible for leading Regional Sales Leadership and the broader Sales Team nationally. Developing, overseeing and implementing the organisational sales strategy, you will drive growth and profitability for the business. Managing a team of Business Development Managers and Sales Support staff across multiple states, you will be required to motivate and inspire high performance, maximise key strategic partnerships and create an environment conducive to continued success and growth whilst assisting direct reports to achieve organisational and individual goals.
With a successful track record in the design and delivery of strategic sales planning, including the delivery of individual sales budgets, preparing and presenting regular commercial updates for the Board and executive team, engaging with industry leaders to expand and promote the Arteva brand, you will be an experienced and commercially astute sales leader at executive level. Agile and responsive to market indicators and trends, you will be adept at negotiating and tendering for new business whilst managing and nurturing the strategic partnerships in existence. A leader with high EQ, you will have developed a modern and progressive style that aligns with the cultural principles of Arteva being a fun, high-performing, inclusive and diverse workplace. Preferably, you’re experienced in the financial services, insurance or adjacent sectors and have a current understanding of the requirements of an executive in a regulated landscape.
