- Payments domain experience with a proven track record in solution sales and familiarity with both current and emerging payment trends across cards, A2A and alternate payment methods.
- Tech-savvy - knowledge of payment commerce technologies for card -present, eCommerce and omnichannel experiences, demonstrating familiarity with API-led solutions.
- Demonstrated track record of success in cross team collaboration with product/engineering/presales engineering teams to drive commercial outcomes.
- Highly adaptable with exposure gained working in fast-moving and agile environments.
- Has a collaborative mindset and drives collective success by fostering cooperation and synergy across multiple teams.
- Ideal candidates would have come from a Head of Product or Head of B2B sales experience, demonstrating strong technical-based sales and partnerships commercial achievements.
- Strong partnerships experience.
- B2B enterprise software or technology consultative sales experience.
- Previous experience in the eCommerce, Customer Present, merchant and payment industries.
- Strong written and verbal communication and excellent presentation skills.
- Strong background with demonstrated success closing high volume business.
- Experience with managing longer sales cycles and driving multiple simultaneous opportunities to success.
- Knowledge of payment and/or risk management systems and the industry is preferred.
