We are seeking a Head of Sales, with a strong background in derivatives, to develop and execute our commercial strategy
What you'll be doing:
Develop and execute comprehensive a commercial strategy that aligns with business growth objectives.
Formulate revenue strategies and revenue optimisation.
Work closely with the executive leadership team to contribute to the overall strategic direction of the company.
Lead and inspire sales, marketing and customer success teams to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
Form and foster strong relationships with key clients, industry partners and stakeholders.
Work in close partnership with control functions such as Legal, Compliance, Market and Credit Risk, Audit, Finance in order to ensure appropriate governance and control infrastructure.
Build strong alignment between sales, marketing, product, finance and other related business areas.
What we look for in you:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field. MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred.
Minimum of 7 years of experience in the derivatives sector.
Demonstrated ability to develop and implement successful commercial strategies in the derivatives space.
Strong understanding of futures and options products, market dynamics, market data, indices, and regulatory environment.
Be a fit and proper person – demonstrated by police and bankruptcy checks, business references and a signed declaration
Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Proven track record of achieving revenue growth and market expansion.
Previous experience working in a matrix reporting structure.
Ability to navigate complex negotiations and forge strong relationships with clients and partners.

Bonus points if you have previously worked at a crypto exchange!
