The Role
Reporting to the General Manager Operational Risk, this role is responsible for developing and coordinating the design, implementation, management, maintenance and ongoing enhancement of the Insignia Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) system and Risk Systems reporting across Insignia Financial Limited. The role will work across our organisation to ensure that there is a fit for purpose enterprise risk management and reporting solution in place, to ensure strong governance and compliance with relevant regulatory requirements to secure better outcomes for customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Determine the risk and compliance functional architecture in scope to ensure Systems and related processes support this
- Develop and maintain Systems and tools to support risk and compliance activities across the business
- Continually analyse the business environment to ensure Risk Systems, tools and reporting continue to be fit-for-purpose
- Implement effective change management processes incl. prioritisation and scheduling of development work, testing and deployment activities
- Working with key stakeholders across Risk Management and the Group to support uplift in risk and compliance capabilities
- Work closely with key stakeholders across the Group to ensure data governance requirements are delivered on and to develop and deliver a broader risk reporting strategy which is underpinned by use of AI and leveraging a broader enterprise data set
To be successful in this role you will possess:
- Proven experienced in design, implementation and management of Risk processes and systems
- Proven experience in designing, deploying and supporting ERM platforms with a client centric and user centred design philosophy
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills and the ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders
- Strong report writing and Data presentation skills with a high attention to detail
- Demonstrated skill and experience in building trusted relationships
- Ability to impart knowledge and experience through coaching
- Ability to drive behavioural and mindset changes with key stakeholders
- Ability to mentor team members to support their development requirements
