Stedmans Hospitality is inviting an exceptional individual to join their vibrant team at Australia's newest waterfront residential apartment development in Sydney. 

With 37 years of experience in Residential Concierge Services, Stedmans is looking for someone who can contribute to shaping the team and delivering a 6-star service experience to the residents.

Situated along the Sydney CBD waterfront, with Stage One complete and Stage Two opening soon, we are looking for a key player to help shape our team and deliver a 6-star service experience to our residents.

What we're looking for in you:

• Impeccable presentation and excellent interpersonal communication skills.
• Mandarin and/or Cantonese speaking candidates will be highly regarded.
• Flair for customer service and willingness to go above and beyond.
• Advanced skills in the Microsoft Office Suite and willingness to learn bespoke building management and CCTV software.
• Reliability, proactiveness, and team spirit.

 Your role will include:

• Coordinating residents moving in and out of the building.
• Managing the concierge directory and forging connections with local services.
• Administering the building management program.
• Monitoring CCTV and alerting the proper parties to any potential activity.
• Collaborating with Delivery Concierge to provide seamless service.
• Training and mentoring the team.
• Addressing tenant inquiries and building issues.
• Greeting residents and visitors with enthusiasm.
• Guiding residents to services within the precinct and surrounding areas.
• Implementing the precinct security, emergency, and risk management committee framework.
