Provide administrative, customer, and office services to maintain high-quality administrative support and contribute to the efficient and effective functioning of the Project Team. The position holder operates in a team environment or reports to a Manager to aid in delivering quality administrative support.Key accountabilities:
- Deliver a wide range of administrative support functions, including records management, accounts and routine purchasing, routine correspondence and meeting minutes, document compilation and distribution, preparation for meetings and conferences, and data entry.
- Assist with telephone inquiries and diary management, demonstrating initiative in handling inquiries and redirecting them to the relevant business unit or Officer.
- Adhere to records management guidelines, policies, and procedures.
- Generate routine business activity reports.
- Draft and prepare routine correspondence and template documents accurately, paying attention to detail
