Health & Safety Lead NSW 

The role of the Health & Safety Lead will be leading safety operationally across the state. Building key stakeholder relationships, implementing safety strategy, while ensuring all legislation and regulations are complied with. The main challenges for this role will be leading the process by example, changing behaviour by providing accurate advice and building relationships with internal staff. Reporting to the General Manager of Health & Safety you will consistently develop, promote, monitor and manage Health and Safety provisions across the business division.

Requirements

• Tertiary qualifications in occupational Health & Safety.
• Demonstrated extensive knowledge and minimum three years’ experience in safety role across manufacturing, logistics or FMCG.
• Ability to conduct risk assessments, incident investigation and part-take in audit preparation.
• Ability to prioritise and complete action plans with detailed reporting.
• Strong leadership skills with capability to build strong stakeholder relationships.
