At Intrepid we're dedicated to creating a workspace that actively supports the Health and Wellbeing of our people. As our Health and Wellbeing Partner you will create, implement and then champion Health and Wellbeing initiatives across our global business.
This role is highly diverse and suits someone wanting a wide-range generalist position, as every day and every project will bring something new. Your primary focus will be developing Health and Wellbeing practices for our global office (including hybrid and remote teams). In addition to this you will also collaborate with our Global Operations Team to support Health and safety practices focusing primarily on our staff, tour leaders and crew.
This is a permanent (full or part time) position, located in our head office in Melbourne that will operate on a hybrid basis.
Some of the experience you’ll bring with you may include:
2-4 years of experience in a Health, Safety and Wellbeing advisory role
Formal Qualifications in Health and safety or a related field
Experience in implementing targeted Health and Wellbeing solutions, including policies, procedures and training.
Strong analytical and project management skills
Proactive, creative and resourceful approach in your work and in identifying and improving Health and Wellbeing
Comprehensive understanding of risk management frameworks including for psychosocial risks.
