About the role:
As we continue to grow and expand, we are looking for a Health Assessor to join our highly skilled Hobart Assessment Team conducting pre-employment medicals and supporting candidates throughout the medical assessment process. In this role, you will:
- Conduct face to face Pre-employment and Exit medicals which cover muscular skeletal/functional tests, hearing, vision, spirometry, and drug and alcohol screening.
- Complete reports, provide recommendations around fitness for specified work roles and arrange additional testing.
- Maintain room/equipment including santisation and hygiene requirements in line with protocols.
- Participate in quality management projects as required.
- Conduct general administration and reporting.
To be successful, you possess:
- A Health Science qualification or similar and an interest in workplace health.
- Exceptional people and time management skills, with the ability to work autonomously over time.
- A positive, professional disposition.
- Strong computer and systems skills, written skills and accuracy.
