- Undertake quality assurance processes and activities to identify opportunities for improving the content and accuracy of Health Information and health records, ensuring service delivery standards are met.
- Provide administrative support to Health Information Services (HIS) and undertake a supervisory role of Health Information Officers regarding daily tasks and quality control work.
- Provide subject matter expertise and training to staff regarding the review and evaluation of practice to ensure documents align with AS 2828 Health Records and Agency policies, protocols, and guidelines.
- Raise, collate, and compile regular and ad hoc reports for senior management/committees regarding failed electronic transmissions and/or anomalies to support action and service delivery improvements.

Permanent, full time, day worker position working 76 hours per fortnight, commencing as soon as possible

Salary: $71,661 to $77,455 per annum. Our Employer 11% superannuation contribution is on top of this amount.
- Salary range is in accordance with Public Sector Unions Wages Agreement 2022

- Sound skills in the area of information management, data analysis, and statistics.
